OK - your *.conf file


        [root@www10 lvsconfig]# grep "#" -v ds.com.cfg
        .

                                                   ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
                should be the broadcast            63.145.198.48

        DIP=eth0:9 63.145.198.54 255.255.255.224 255.255.255.255
                                                 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
                ditto                            63.145.198.63


You have sent me the rc.lvs_out file for the director. The
director doesn't get a default gw for VS_DR. Go look in the
HOWTO for the explanation if you think it should. 

If you aren't getting the default gw set for the realservers,
send me _offline_ the rc.lvs_out file and I'll look again.
