The cheetah.linux-vs.org still doesn't come back.

The latest ipvs-1.1.0pre versions is at 
http://linux-vs.org/~wensong/ipvs-1.1.0pre10.tar.gz. It is for the Linux 
kernel 2.5.xx. Julian and I will have a look at the code again, will 
probably release ipvs 1.1.0 this weekend.
