I think that the ipvsadm man page would be too long if put the description
of ipvs sysctl variables in ipvsadm man page, and sysctl variables is not
very related to ipvsadm. So, I make a separate document about ipvs sysctl
variables, it is available at
http://linuxvirtualserver.org/doc/sysctl.html
