I tried to add a new ip aliase on lo , binded Apache on it and use it as
realserver :
VIP : 10.1.1.1 on eth0:1
lo:1 10.1.1.2

#ipvsadm -A -t 10.1.1.1:80 -s rr
#ipvsadm -a -t 10.1.1.1:80 -r 10.1.1.2
without success
now i use :

#ipvsadm -a -t 10.1.1.1:80 -r 10.1.1.1
and it's work :-)

Thanks for your help.

Is the fwmark is a better way to do it? what are the pros/cons ?
