Documentation of Proc Values (patch)

Hi,

The attached patch attempts to document all of
the proc values which are provided by LVS.

Wensong, I hope that we can put this in the main
tree to make the use of these values clearer
to users.

Ratz, Joe, et al. Please take a moment to look over
this. I am sure there is room for improvement.
