is there a 2.4.23 patch?

Because of the "new" local root vulnerability on kernels <= 2.4.22, i
really would like to upgrade to 2.4.23.

Is there a ipv kernel patch available for 2.4.23?

The current patch (linux-2.4.21-ipvs-1.0.10.patch) results in:

patching file Documentation/Configure.help
Hunk #1 succeeded at 3533 with fuzz 2 (offset 437 lines).
The next patch would create the file include/net/ip_vs.h,
which already exists!  Assume -R? [n]
