agree.
There's no information on the software pages to tell you that the
ip_vs patch is or isn't in the kernel. Considering that there is a lot
of effort at the moment going into getting ip_vs into the 2.6 kernels,
this is an unfortunate ommission.
Although the various respondants on the mailing list, such as Horms, Ratz,
Julian,
Wensong and myself may appear to be a single block of coordinated people,
we are just individuals who occasionally see each other at OLS where we
test the Canadian beer.
We all maintain our own separate webpages. Wensong maintains the LVS webpages
and has declined my offers of help to fix the various problems (out of date
links,
out of date information). Presumably Wensong is doing the best he can there
and has other irons in the fire to attend to.

It probably isn't going to change, unfortunately. We don't have a central
person who checks whether everything is sensible, consistent and works and who
has authority to tell people to fix things. We're just a bunch of guys
who are doing this in our own time (or on the side during work time).
