Hi John, I've included the script below. In case you're curious, the ping commands are to force an update of the ARP table in our router (Cisco). For whatever reason, the gratuitous arp function in keepalived didn't make this happen by itself. hmm.... Can you give more infos ? you are constating such issue using catalyst layer3 switch ? I constated strange things a while ago, on those layer3 switch, making no standard ARP things... Sending ICMP solve the problem on your env ? ...hmm... can extend VRRP code to support ICMP facility... Best regards,Alexandre |
