Keepalived-LVS-NAT-Director-ProxyArp work with Linux 2.6?

The above document appears to be current, and it states that its
designed to work with the 2.4.20 kernel with this "antefacto" patch. 
I'm wondering if the above stated setup will work with a 2.6 kernel?
