Hi I am getting a weird error that I cannot find any info on

Jul  8 19:40:10 homer ldirectord[24842]: Linux Director Daemon terminated on 
signal: Timeout at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/Net/FTP.pm line 468

Then she crashes

I have version v1.62.2.11 so if I should upgrade let me know
