I reloaded the ldirector again.
which reset the counters to 0 and started giving request to the new server.
don't know why it does work now.
Adding an extra server after that one was no problem, the weight
increased to 1 and thus it started getting requests.
Anyway it works, il reboot the cluster tomorrow, see if it still boots
correct, and if the failover still works nice.
The cluster now does 7000 pages per seconds on 4 webservers.
Il work on monitoring and agregating of stats tomorrow. (then i can see
how failover, and realserver adding and removing is handled)
(il have to setup a new gentoo install for the file server tough,
thinking of choosing the easy way (stage 3) )
The file server will need to do some sort of file replication to the
work dirs of the webservers, and it should also replicate application
generated chache files back to the fileserver (and thus forward to the
other webservers)
