you have the router to the director and the routers to the 
NICs on the public (back) side of the realservers. When the 
client sends a packet to the VIP, the router in front of the 
director must advertise the route to the VIP, and the 
routers in front of the realservers must only advertise the 
RIPs, not the VIP
