Kyle,

Experiencing the same here with RHEL4 2.6.9-22.0.2.EL.
Console is left with just the spin lock error or as on the second
system, nothing.

Plan is to first drop back to 2.6.9-22 and see how that goes.
Request currently with RH for support.
