This output of /proc/interrupts was taken about 18 hours after the last kernel panic. Ahh, ok, so you run HZ=100, which is actually clear after realising that you're on 2.4 based kernel. Not yet. I've built the kernel (still SMP) and rebooted with noirqbalance as was suggested elsewhere. Pesky little bugger :) ... let us know when it shows up again.
