This output of /proc/interrupts was taken about 18 hours after the last kernel panic.
Ahh, ok, so you run HZ=100, which is actually clear after realising that you're on 2.4 based kernel.
Not yet. I've built the kernel (still SMP) and rebooted with noirqbalance as was suggested elsewhere.
