The NAT on the iptables is only for outgoing (from the real servers outside
the network thru the director). I am not sure with ARP, since I didn't
configure any in relation to this. According to the UM site, I don't need to
install the ARP module since I am not running HA module.
What's DR or TUN? DR - Direct Routing?

Is iptables getting in the way? If you're not seeing requests to the VIP
on the director then something fundamental is wrong, and that's not to
do with LVS.
You don't say what method you're using - NAT, DR or TUN. If DR, make
sure you've solved the ARP problem.
