realise this. My first suspicion then is that  you haven't setup the LVS
correctly 
and you aren't looking in the correct location for the explanation.

information.

        what are the symptoms that tells you that it's not working?

        Have you looked at the HOWTO, archives for information?

        Do you want a VS-NAT setup? In this case use a 2.2.x kernel
on the director. Using a 2.4.x kernel on the director with VS-NAT, 
is in development and not ready yet.
