need help : configuring heartbeat

I am trying the heartbeat configuration for LVS through the minimal LAN
connectivity
between the two directors/routers.
I have copied the file "ha.cf" from /usr/doc/heartbeat-0.4.1 into /etc/ha.d
and edited it.
But the other file "haresources" is not available there. I am only trying
telnet
thru this LVS.

1.So will it be alright if I put only the following line in the file
"haresources" ??.
linuxha1 192.168.0.226

2.Where will heartbeat look for startup scripts for telnet??

3.Can anyone tell me as to where I can get detailed documentation on
hearbeat
configuration??
