I thought that that rejection is no important so that I didn't made a ipvs
patch for 2.2.15. Anyway, there should be the ipvs patch for kernel
2.2.15, so that it can be easily applied. It is available at
  http://www.linuxvirtualserver.org/software/ipvs-0.9.12-2.2.15.tar.gz

BTW, we found that there is a little bit problem in ipvs that might cause
some problem in very particular situation. We will release another patch
after we fix in the following days.
