In theory, RH 7 includes the LVS patch, at least kgb provides a patched RH
kernel on somewhere on www.redhat.com.

The next SuSE will also ship with the LVS patch included.

horms maintains a kernel rpm with LVS included at ultramonkey.sourceforge.net
too.
