Thanks a lot all of you good people. The sendmail seems to work fine since I
could set the ident time out to zero. Well, any ideas on how to stop qmail
identing? I know I should ask this to qmail list, but I would greatly
appreciate if any one could quickly send a suggestion.

You need to turn off ident in sendmail also, it has an internal ident
delay in sendmail.cf, set to 30s by default, set it to 0 and this should
fix your problem.
O Timeout.ident=0s
