Could any one please let me know how to get rid of Ident on Qmail? The Qmail
waits for Ident Timeout behind the LVS.

You need to turn off ident in sendmail also, it has an internal ident
delay in sendmail.cf, set to 30s by default, set it to 0 and this should
fix your problem.
O Timeout.ident=0s
