not very often :-( I think it was a waste of my time to write
the high resolution map code.

no, each one is different.

probably a better idea. They can mail themselves the maps
now, but only after seeing them. I could just let the map
run and mail them the map. I was a bit discouraged that
so few people used the feature, that I haven't thought
of ways to improve it or of ways to spend more time coding
for it.
