Is this a bug?
More a feature from first sight ;). I still haven't gotten my account
because I need to sign developer contracts to be able to get a VM I can
screw up.
I just do a wild guess, so could you please send me the output of:
grep -ri sys_wait4 <where_you_kernel_src_resides>/linux/arch/s390*
