So why do you think its not working. Are you getting this arp as 172.27.21.210? If you clear the arp table on the test machine and ping the VIP does the count go up on the noarpctl list output. i.e. noarp has acknowledged it has blocked the arp request.

Bond0 is part of the bonding module. This allows for failover between eth0 and eth1.

So my eth0 and eth1 sit on the same network, different switches but both have a 172.27.21.212 ip address.


FYI. noarp works on RHES3.0 now at our site for over 12 months with no
issues at all, ever, on any machine.
