64-bit Processors and LVS Performance

Is anyone running a LVS Director on an AMD Opteron or Intel Itanium
processor and if so how is the performance compared their 32-bit cousins?
I am considering replacing my aging Foundry device with an LVS Director.
Since I work for a hosting company, and this change could affect many
customers, I want to make sure this is the right move.  I ask about the
64-bit procs to see if there is a performance gain and if so, is it worth
the added costs.
