Discussion of patches takes place in one of two places.

1) this list (lvs-users)   <-- Users
2) netdev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  <-- Developers and Merging

There are actually very few patches floating around.
If there were more I would establish a git tree on www.kernel.org.

But as it is patches usually progress through the mailing lists listed
above and then appear in the current netdev git tree (on
www.kernel.org), then Linus' git tree (also on www.kernel.org) and
finally in kernel releases.

If you want to find out what has been changing, you can either examine
the git logs for the files in the ipvs directory, or take a look
for IPVS or LVS in the kernel Changelogs.
