I found the same thing and have noted it in the HOWTO. I even
tested if when I was ftp'ing I got port 21 one one real-server
and 20 on another, by putting different files in ~ftp but they
always both went to the same real-server. With the theory
we've been telling everyone, this shouldn't happen.

Do you know what's going on?
