I tried to say that ("nothing listening") in as general way as possible so
that it would cover unplugged cables etc. However it doesn't hurt to
be explicite about it.
Most certainly not ;).
If the 'connection refused' comes from the RS we need a tcpdump output, if it
comes from the director, we(he) need(s) to either "debug" ldirectord or set the
debug_vs variable and follow the DEBUG statements for one connection attempt.
