It's what you get when several people are making their own efforts
for free in the own time. It's clear to me that it's hard to find
stuff. When I look for something in the HOWTO, I already know that it's
there and I usually grep for an ovbious string. You guys have to do a search
on the contents page and when "noarp" isn't found, then have to read tea leaves
etc to figure out where it might be.
How about if you can't find something, you tell me where you expected it to be?
I can put in links or move it.
