realserver eth1 is on the same network as the IP on the outside of the director.
This is providing an alternate path for packets from the realserver.
You must have one and only one path for packets from the realserver
to anywhere and that is through the DIP. Whether this is your problem
at the moment I don't know, but it needs to be fixed.
