You're trying to setup a NAT config, yes?
Do the realservers have a route back through the second director? I'd
hazard a guess that they don't. If they don't, the traffic will be
trying to exit via the first director (which you say is working) and
will never get un-NATted back to the client.
For a HA setup using NAT you need to ensure that the *internal* gateway
- the one the realservers use - can float between the directors, but
note that it will only ever work on one at a time.
