this looks ok.  if I remember correctly "default gateway" in NT is a box
that is generic in tcp/ip settings, so even the loopback adapter has one..

sure.  a dump containing the original syn/ack forwarded from the LVS.
perhaps it might be useful to see the LVS side of things too...

a good tool to do this with is "winpcap" and "windump".  those two tools
together are basically a port of tcpdump to win32.  free and convenient :).
check on google or I can forward you binaries if you are interested.
