your data below show that you have the real-servers on 192.168.0.67 and 68,
youe DIIP on 192.168.0.2 and your VIP 10.11.1.67.
what is the lvs_nat.conf file you used?
The setup below looks reasonable.
What happens if you setup for telnet?
