If you're talking about inbound to LVS->RS, then you just pass the port.
If you're talking about outbound from RS to the internet, there is an
environment variable you set to allow passive ftp on the RS. I just forgot
what it was... I think it may just be FTP_PASSIVE=1, but I'm not sure.
