Yeah, there is no such limitation. I will change it to "The VIP may be
configured on the tunnel device; the tunnel device is configured up,
and the VIP can be can be configured on any alias of non-arp device or
the system is configured to redirect packets for VIP to a local
socket." Does it make more sense? :-)
