Imagine, I know tcpdump and "other tools" ;) ... I already did this and I 
really cannot figure out why the connections to the director goes well to the 
Realservers and after that, I don't get anything back. And I even don't see 
any errors or strange things via tcpdump, ethereal or similar.

BTW: Sure it is a two way process to get real help, but what should I do else
     to really get _real_ help? Help so far was "read the howto, switch to
     2.2.19 + ipvs patch or use 2.4.xx" ... I explained that I cannot use 2.4
     for this situation. This is for a customer of mine. Not for my pleasure.
