As in RRDNS? RRDNS does not detect server availability and would result in 
~50% of traffic going to secondary server?

Data: rsync
Sessions: If there happens to be a session to primary server and it goes down, 
a new session will be created to secondary server (It is a fairly simplistic 
website..no SSL, no credit card transactions etc etc)
