I don't think so.

An you sir, are the biggest bullshit artist I've seen! My comments dig not
become colorful until such time as you refused to deal withthe
problem. Since the very beginning your statements have been "It's you, not
our product". You made these statements (starting in bugzilla) without so
much as getting the configuration file for the product that we we're
using, without so much as a START of a walk through on debugging the
problem. You DID however immediately close the problem as a "Works for
me", you DID insinuate that it was user error. Fromt he beginning it has
been a "there's nothing wrong with our product" statement from your
lips. You refused to even entertain the possibility thereof.

I'm not picking a fight, YOU were the one that stated that i had previous
issues with Red Hat, made things out to be a lack of core competency on my
part, and not once (either in private email, in technical spport calls, or
on this list) offered to attempt to fix the problem. I do admit that I
stated that it was a crappy product. Yep you are 100% correct in that. I
also have tried every possible solution to the problem along the way. This
latest round was started with me advocating some other product other than
your own and my stating that it was a sad affair when another company can
do your product better than your own company can. OK, you have fair
grounds to take exception, I'll grant that. YOU however took this personal
when you brought in "other personal issues not related to the
product" which was the tallest line of BS, I've heard in awhile.

Correct, just dispassionate empty responses designed to "neither confirm
nor deny"

Flat out lie, Kieth considering we talked quite extensively on the
internal mailing lists.

The baggage is a failure in your product which you spearheaded the denial
of any failure in the product.

I already have. I suggest you talk with Pete.

Whether the company "sucks" or not is irrelevant. The fact that I am a
certified Engineer on Red Hat products is quite germaine to both this
issue as well as to my ability to work on Red hat based products within
the industry. Nice parting shot, too bad it has no juice.
TO THE LIST: This thread will now be dying. The issue this has snowballed
into has been taken care of with a few calls to Red Hat. Red Hat's
management, my company, and myself have reached a solution to this problem
with certain agreeances made on both sides. I will leave the specifics at
that, as agreed.
To the gentleman that my initial post regarding piranha was in response
to, I do apologize for this thread going the way it has. Whatever
discordance there is between Kieth's employer and myself and MY employer
should not have been aired based off of your request for information. I
will accept my portion of the blame with an apology to you and any other
members of the list offended or irritated by this thread.
It is now over.
